JuicingI am juicing every morning for my 10 am meal, using celery, carrots, beets, apples, parsley and spinach.
Juicing gives the benefit of eating all the vegetables without all the work of chewing all that roughage.
Today is a day of rest, so I will eat my 6 meals and take it easy.
